How are your products made?

Most products are printed using a direct-to-garment method. Our highly-skilled printing partners use a specialized printer to print our designs directly onto the garment, allowing the ink to soak directly into the fabric. This allows for a wide variety of design capabilities and high-quality prints.

If cared for properly, this method is the best in the industry for long-lasting prints. You can expect some slight fading from time to time, but this printing method allows for designs to last for up to 100 washes.

Some of the listing images are mockups to show off the garment and design as accurately and clearly as possible. There may be slight variations in the sizing of the design and the intensity of the colors, depending on the garment sized ordered and the screen settings of the device you are using to look at the listing. Why are your products made-to-order?

All of our items are made-to-order. Given the current state of the world, we don't want to contribute to the over-production issue plaguing the retail industry. To avoid being wasteful and over-producing our products, we make them just for you!

What is the best way to wash my new item?

Turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine was cold, with like colors. Tumble dry low to no heat or lay flat to dry. Not suitable for ironing or dry cleaning. Avoid using bleach and other harsh chemicals that may cause the design to fade or crack.

Where can I find your sizing charts?

All sizing charts can be found here. Please review them carefully before placing your order to ensure you are ordering your desired size.

Shipping Info

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Processing Times: 1-4 business days once the order is placed

Shipping Times: 2-5 business days once the package has shipped

Please keep in mind, all processing and shipping times are estimates. We do our best to get orders printed and shipped as quickly as possible. On average, orders are received within 5 business days once they are placed. However, periods of high volume such as holidays may delay both the processing and shipping times.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order is placed, any changes to the shipping address must be requested within 2 hours. After that timeframe has passed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once a package has shipped, you can reach out to the shipping carrier to request the package to be forwarded to a different address.

PLEASE NOTE: EddieLane is not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong address. If a package is returned to sender, we can re-ship it, but the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees if incurred.

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

EddieLane is not responsible for delivery issues if the shipping address was not input correctly. If the address is verified through USPS, the package will be sent as it is written in the order confirmation.

Please be sure to double check that all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If the shipping label has already been created or the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the address. It then will be the buyer's responsibility to request the package be forwarded to the correct address directly with the shipping carrier. We are unable to replace the package for incorrect shipping addresses on behalf of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. If you cannot locate this email or if you do not receive it in a timely manner, please contact us so we can provide you with an update.

My order hasn't arrived. Can you help?

Absolutely!

Does the package say it is delivered?

  • If the tracking info says the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to your local USPS or the shipping carrier directly to inquire its whereabouts.
  • Once you have confirmed it is not being held with the carrier and it is deemed "lost or stolen", please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Has there not been any movement on the tracking information?

  • Please allow up to 7 business days of no movement on the tracking information before worrying. Often times, USPS and other shipping carriers may miss one of their scanning checkpoints while a package is being moved through the system. If that happens, the package is likely still on its way to you, but it may just be a bit delayed.
  • If it is still not updating, please reach out to USPS or the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the package whereabouts.
  • Once you have confirmed it is not being held with the carrier and it is deemed "lost or stolen", please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Refund Policy

Am I able to cancel or change my order?

All of our products are made-to-order and begin production two hours after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please ensure you contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed. After that timeframe, cancellations and changes will not be able to be made.

Am I able to return or exchange my order?

All of our products are made-to-order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not able to be accepted at this time. Please ensure that the correct color and size options are selected when placing your order.

I received the wrong item. Can you help?

Of course - everybody makes mistakes!

On the off chance you receive a damaged or imperfect item, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt to file a claim and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional charge. You can review the claim instructions and guidelines here.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! Wholesale and bulk orders are offered with most items in the shop, or for custom orders. Please contact us directly to inquire!
