Refund policy

All products are made-to-order, created just for you. At this time, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives misprinted or damaged, or if the incorrect item is delivered (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color), you may file a claim to have the item replaced.

Claim Instructions and Guidelines:

  • To file a claim, send an email to contact@shopeddielane.com. Please include your name, order number, confirmation email, a picture of the item you received, and a description of the issue with your order.
  • Claims must be completed within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Exchanges are not accepted. Before finishing checkout, be sure to triple-check that you have selected the correct size and colorway. 

Shipping Carrier / Delivery Issues:

  • If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office. If a package is lost or stolen, please file a report with your local post office before contacting EddieLane.
  • Once a claim has been filed with your local post office, you may send a claim directly to contact@shopeddielane.com for further assistance.
  • Upon contacting us, please include proof of your claim with USPS. You may omit personal details, but please keep your name visible on the report.
  • Once received, EddieLane will work to replace the item.
  • Please ensure your claim is filed within 30 days from the expected delivery date.
